1941 Washington Quarter Silver Coin Ring

 December 7, 1941... a day that will live in infamy. Although this particular US Quarter was a bit worn from all the years it was in circulation; still I felt it was quite worthy of becoming a unique coin ring. On that fateful day, Japanese planes attacked the United States Naval Base at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. The attack cost the US over 2300 brave souls, and will never be forgotten.

Imagine if this particular coin may have been carried by someone who actually survived the horrific attack. Certainly the date on this coin (1941), marks a very significant milestone in the history of the United States, and of World War II.
